Helen is a self-employed Calligraphy teacher, having set up the business in Arcadia City when she first moved here with Cate 17 years ago. The business has grown strongly and Helen now employs an apprentice full time to help with teaching her classes and private clients.
Since the death of her husband, James, Helen has raised Cate on her own. Recently, she has become worried about her daughter, who seems to be more and more tired and insular.
